Principotes Ksamil is a hospitality and lifestyle destination located in Ksamil, Albania, offering restaurant services, beach beds and cabana reservations, lounge and nightlife experiences, wellness services, sea experiences and activities, accommodation suites, and event and VIP reservations. Throughout these Terms, "Principotes Ksamil," "we," "our," or "us" refers to the operating company managing the venue and website.

Payments made through the website or reservation systems may be processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, guests confirm that they are authorized to use the payment method, payment information provided is accurate, and they accept any applicable taxes, fees or service charges. Guests participating in wellness treatments, fitness activities, jet ski experiences, RIB tours, and water-based activities do so voluntarily and at their own risk. Any damage caused to property, equipment or facilities by guests may result in financial liability.

Principotes Ksamil may modify, postpone or cancel events, reservations or services due to weather conditions, government restrictions, technical issues, safety concerns, or force majeure events beyond reasonable control. In such cases, we will attempt to provide alternative solutions where possible.
